How We Work

Private AI systems, built inside your workflow.

Where a hospital, clinic or care network needs something specific, NouxAI engineers work with its clinical and administrative teams to design, build and deploy a private AI system for that workflow. Clinicians stay in charge of every decision.

§ 01 · Three steps

We find where time is lost. Then we help return it.

We observe the workflow in your setting, build and integrate the system with your clinical team, then deploy it and review the results with you.

  1. 01

    Understand the setting.

We spend time in the provider's own setting and follow real workflows. We find where time is lost, where errors arise and where support would help most.

    • Workflow observation
    • Administrative bottlenecks
    • Opportunity mapping
  2. 02

    Build to fit.

Voice systems that handle inbound calls. Documentation tools that prepare notes for the doctor's review. Records that the patient controls. Each is built for the provider's context, with a person involved in every clinical decision.

    • System design
    • Clinical review
    • Integration planning
  3. 03

    Deploy and review.

Systems run on Amazon Web Services. With the provider, we agree which results to track, such as calls answered, appointments booked and time returned to staff, and we refine the system until those results are dependable.

    • Deployment
    • Support in use
    • Results review
§ 02 · The approach

Consulting and development in one team.

We find the problem with you, then build, integrate and support the system ourselves.

NouxAI is a healthcare AI company. Our engineers spend time with doctors, nurses and administrative staff, learn how the day actually proceeds, and build only after the constraints are understood. Systems run on Amazon Web Services in the provider’s own country: Mumbai for India, Sydney for Australia.

  • Embedded teams

Engineers placed within the provider's own setting, learning workflows and constraints before writing code.

  • Built for the workflow

Each system is designed for one provider's workflow and integrated with the software it already uses, such as its EMR, scheduling or calendar software, to the extent that software allows.

  • Close feedback

Engineers work inside the provider's environment, with clinical staff reviewing the design as it develops.

  • Terms in writing

Ownership, data handling and support terms are agreed in writing at the start of each project.

§ 03 · Who decides

The doctor decides. The AI prepares.

Diagnosis and treatment remain with the doctor. The systems we build take on the work that comes before and after a clinical decision: answering the call, recording the consultation, arranging the history. Clinical AI outputs are reviewed by a doctor and never acted on automatically. Anything outside a system’s defined scope is passed to a member of the provider’s staff.

Patient data is handled under the health privacy law where the provider operates: the Privacy Act 1988 in Australia and the DPDP Act 2023 in India. See Data Compliance and Data Processing.

§ 04 · Questions

Questions from hospitals and clinics.

All questions, including each product

Our engineers spend time in the hospital or clinic and learn how the day actually runs. They design a system for one workflow with the clinical staff, integrate it with the software the provider already uses, and test it in the real setting before release. Terms are agreed in writing.

Yes, and it also builds. NouxAI advises hospitals and clinics on where AI will save time, then designs, deploys and supports the system itself. Healthcare is its only industry.

Usually, yes. Each integration is designed around the provider's existing systems, such as its EMR, scheduling or calendar software. Whether it is feasible depends on the software and access permissions, and we confirm it at the start of the project rather than assume it.
