Healthcare AI built around how care is delivered.

Private AI systems for hospitals and clinics. And products for the people in them: NouxMe for patients, NouxVoice for the front desk, NouxCare for doctors.

“The mind is our greatest instrument. The world, our greatest canvas.” ~ Aristotle

§ 02 · Built for Providers

Custom AI for hospitals and clinics, built inside your workflow.

NouxAI is a healthcare AI company. Where a hospital, clinic or care network needs something specific, our engineers work with its clinical and administrative teams to design, build and deploy a private AI system for that workflow.

This is healthcare AI consulting and development in one team: we find the problem with you, then build, integrate and support the system ourselves.

CUSTOM HEALTHCARE AI · CLINICAL WORKFLOWS · PRIVATE SYSTEMS

We begin where care is delivered.

Our engineers spend time with doctors, nurses and administrative staff, learn how the day actually proceeds, and build only after the constraints are understood.

Each system is designed for one provider’s workflow and integrated with the software it already uses, such as its EMR, scheduling or calendar software, to the extent that software allows.

THE APPROACH

Alongside your team.
Building in context.

Engineers work inside the provider’s environment, with clinical staff reviewing the design as it develops.

THE OUTCOME

Systems that fit
the workflow.

Each system is purpose-built for the provider and designed to be extended as its needs change.

§ 03 · Why Noux

Doctors and staff should spend their time on care, not administration.

Missed calls. Notes written after the consultation. Reports waiting for review. These problems are common and well understood, and in many healthcare settings they remain unsolved.

01

Time is lost to administration

Doctors, nurses and front-desk staff spend much of the day on calls, follow-ups and documentation. This work supports care, but it does not need a clinician.

  • Missed and unanswered calls
  • Repetitive follow-up
  • Clinical documentation after every consultation
  • Hours lost to routine tasks
02

Growth strains the same few people

As patient volumes rise, the extra work falls on staff who are already stretched, and adding more staff is often impractical.

  • Staff stretched past capacity
  • Calls unattended after hours
  • Delays that reach patients
  • Rising cost of administration
03

Generic tools do not fit healthcare

General-purpose AI tools were not built for clinical workflows, medical language or health privacy law. Healthcare needs systems designed for its own constraints.

  • No clinical context
  • Gaps in medical vocabulary
  • Integration friction
  • Privacy requirements

The question isn’t whether AI will change healthcare.

It’s whether you’re the one who decides how it’s used.

§ 04 · How it works

We find where time is lost. Then we help return it.

Three steps. We observe the workflow in your setting, build and integrate the system with your clinical team, then deploy it and review the results with you. Clinicians stay in charge of every decision. How we work, in detail

01Understand the setting

Understand the setting.

We spend time in the provider's own setting and follow real workflows. We find where time is lost, where errors arise and where support would help most.

  • Workflow observation
  • Administrative bottlenecks
  • Opportunity mapping
02Build to fit

Build to fit.

Voice systems that handle inbound calls. Documentation tools that prepare notes for the doctor's review. Records that the patient controls. Each is built for the provider's context, with a person involved in every clinical decision.

  • System design
  • Clinical review
  • Integration planning
03Deploy and review

Deploy and review.

Systems run on Amazon Web Services. With the provider, we agree which results to track, such as calls answered, appointments booked and time returned to staff, and we refine the system until those results are dependable.

§ 06 · FAQ

Questions abouthealthcare AI.

Common questions about NouxAI and how it works with healthcare providers. All questions, including each product

NouxAI is a healthcare AI company. It builds private AI systems for hospitals and clinics, and NouxMe, a personal health records app for patients, now in pilot. Two more products are in development: NouxVoice, an AI receptionist for clinics, and NouxCare, a workspace for doctors. NouxAI works only in healthcare.

NouxMe is a personal health records app for iOS, Android and the web. You scan or upload your medical and lab test reports, keep them in one place, read a plain-language summary of each, and share them with your doctor. NouxMe explains and organises records; it does not diagnose. It is in pilot, starting in India.

Our engineers spend time in the hospital or clinic and learn how the day actually runs. They design a system for one workflow with the clinical staff, integrate it with the software the provider already uses, and test it in the real setting before release. Terms are agreed in writing.

Yes, and it also builds. NouxAI advises hospitals and clinics on where AI will save time, then designs, deploys and supports the system itself. Healthcare is its only industry.

Usually, yes. Each integration is designed around the provider's existing systems, such as its EMR, scheduling or calendar software. Whether it is feasible depends on the software and access permissions, and we confirm it at the start of the project rather than assume it.

Both are in development and not yet available. NouxVoice is an AI receptionist for clinics, designed to answer patient calls and book appointments. NouxCare is a workspace for doctors in outpatient care, designed to bring appointments, patient history, flagged results, an AI scribe and prescription drafts into one record for the doctor to review.

Patient data privacy is handled under the health privacy law where the provider operates: the Privacy Act 1988 in Australia and the DPDP Act 2023 in India. Clinical AI outputs are reviewed by a doctor and never acted on automatically. Details are on the Privacy Policy and Data Processing pages.

NouxAI operates as NouxAI Pty Ltd in Melbourne, Australia, and NouxAI Private Limited in Noida, India, a DPIIT-recognised startup. It is starting with healthcare providers and patients in India.
