FAQ
Questions about healthcare AI.
What NouxAI does, what each product does and what is available now, how we build with hospitals and clinics, and how patient data is handled.
NouxAI and working with providers
NouxAI is a healthcare AI company. It builds private AI systems for hospitals and clinics, and NouxMe, a personal health records app for patients, now in pilot. Two more products are in development: NouxVoice, an AI receptionist for clinics, and NouxCare, a workspace for doctors. NouxAI works only in healthcare.
NouxMe is a personal health records app for iOS, Android and the web. You scan or upload your medical and lab test reports, keep them in one place, read a plain-language summary of each, and share them with your doctor. NouxMe explains and organises records; it does not diagnose. It is in pilot, starting in India.
Our engineers spend time in the hospital or clinic and learn how the day actually runs. They design a system for one workflow with the clinical staff, integrate it with the software the provider already uses, and test it in the real setting before release. Terms are agreed in writing.
Yes, and it also builds. NouxAI advises hospitals and clinics on where AI will save time, then designs, deploys and supports the system itself. Healthcare is its only industry.
Usually, yes. Each integration is designed around the provider's existing systems, such as its EMR, scheduling or calendar software. Whether it is feasible depends on the software and access permissions, and we confirm it at the start of the project rather than assume it.
Both are in development and not yet available. NouxVoice is an AI receptionist for clinics, designed to answer patient calls and book appointments. NouxCare is a workspace for doctors in outpatient care, designed to bring appointments, patient history, flagged results, an AI scribe and prescription drafts into one record for the doctor to review.
Patient data privacy is handled under the health privacy law where the provider operates: the Privacy Act 1988 in Australia and the DPDP Act 2023 in India. Clinical AI outputs are reviewed by a doctor and never acted on automatically. Details are on the Privacy Policy and Data Processing pages.
NouxAI operates as NouxAI Pty Ltd in Melbourne, Australia, and NouxAI Private Limited in Noida, India, a DPIIT-recognised startup. It is starting with healthcare providers and patients in India.
NouxMe, personal health records
NouxMe is a personal health records app for iOS, Android and the web. Scan or upload your medical and lab test reports, keep them in one place, read a plain-language summary of each, and share them with your doctor. NouxMe explains and organises your records. It does not diagnose. It is in pilot, starting in India.
No. NouxMe explains and organises your records in plain language. It does not diagnose or advise on treatment. Medical decisions stay with you and your doctor.
Photograph a paper report with your phone's camera, or upload a PDF or image you already have. NouxMe files it with its date, alongside your other records.
Yes. Each report comes with a short summary in plain language, so you know what was tested before you see your doctor. The summary helps you prepare. It does not replace your doctor.
Choose the reports you want to share. NouxMe puts them into one summary that you can send by email from the app or download.
NouxMe works on iOS, Android and in a web browser.
NouxMe is in pilot, starting in India. Select Request early access on this page and tell us you would like to join.
NouxVoice, AI receptionist for clinics
NouxVoice is an AI receptionist for clinics, made by NouxAI. It is designed to answer patient calls, book appointments into the clinic's calendar and pass anything outside its scope to staff. It is in development and not yet available.
Not yet. NouxAI is focusing on NouxMe, its personal health records app, first. Register your interest and we will write to you when NouxVoice is ready to try.
No. NouxVoice handles front-desk work such as answering calls and booking appointments. Anything clinical, and anything outside its scope, goes to a member of the clinic's staff.
It is designed to book into the clinic's existing calendar. Which systems it connects to is confirmed with each clinic before setup, not assumed.
No. NouxVoice answers phone calls with a voice, the way a receptionist does, using the clinic's own information.
NouxCare, workspace for doctors
NouxCare is a workspace for doctors in outpatient care, made by NouxAI. It is designed to bring the day's appointments, each patient's history and results, an AI scribe that drafts consultation notes, and prescription drafts into one record for each patient. It is in development and not yet available.
It is designed to flag results outside the normal range, and trends over time, for the doctor to look at. It does not diagnose. What a flagged result means is the doctor's decision.
The AI medical scribe is designed to listen to the consultation, with the patient's consent, and draft the note section by section. The doctor reads, edits and completes it.
Not yet. NouxAI is focusing on NouxMe, its personal health records app, first. Register your interest and we will write to you when NouxCare is ready to try.
No. NouxCare drafts notes and prescriptions and flags results for review. Diagnosis, treatment, signing a prescription and every final decision stay with the doctor.
Patients keep their reports in NouxMe. When a patient chooses to share them, NouxCare is designed to show those reports to their doctor, in order, before the consultation.
