How it is designed to work

NouxVoice is designed to pick up on the first ring, day or night, so no patient is left with voicemail.

Patients speak the way they would to a receptionist. It works out what they need: a new booking, a change, or a question about the clinic.

It checks.
Before it replies, it looks at the clinic's own calendar, doctors, hours and policies, and answers from those.

It books.
It offers a free slot, confirms it with the patient and books it straight into the clinic's calendar.

It hands over.
Anything clinical, or outside its scope, goes to a member of staff with a transcript of the call. It never gives medical advice.

What is NouxVoice?
NouxVoice is an AI receptionist for clinics, made by NouxAI. It is designed to answer patient calls, book appointments into the clinic's calendar and pass anything outside its scope to staff. It is in development and not yet available.
Can my clinic use NouxVoice now?
Not yet. NouxAI is focusing on NouxMe, its personal health records app, first. Register your interest and we will write to you when NouxVoice is ready to try.
Does NouxVoice give medical advice?
No. NouxVoice handles front-desk work such as answering calls and booking appointments. Anything clinical, and anything outside its scope, goes to a member of the clinic's staff.
Will NouxVoice work with our calendar or practice software?
It is designed to book into the clinic's existing calendar. Which systems it connects to is confirmed with each clinic before setup, not assumed.
Is NouxVoice a chatbot?
No. NouxVoice answers phone calls with a voice, the way a receptionist does, using the clinic's own information.
